*Delicious Okinawa (Miyako) soba "Ai" made with bonito stock from Okinawa's main island

The state of emergency will finally be lifted at the end of September, so I think many people will be coming to Okinawa for vacations! (*^-^*)

So that's it!!
From now on, I would like to introduce some delicious restaurants that are loved by locals in Okinawa little by little!!

This time, we will introduce Miyako soba "Ai" that we can confidently recommend when you come to Okinawa and think "I want to eat delicious Okinawa soba!!" ☆

Okinawa City is a city of dance, music and Eisa. Even tourists who know it are familiar with Nakanomachi Nakadori. Among Okinawa soba, Miyako soba is the most delicious, with a generous amount of bonito in the soup stock, and Okinawan fried noodles are addictive once you try them.

The limited-edition Boroboro Juicy (Okinawan-style rice porridge) is made with plenty of Miyako miso, a type of miso made from a rare natural koji mold in Japan, and dashi stock, and finished with butter and egg yolk. It's irresistible!

*Current business hours are from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
Normally, the restaurant is open from 8pm to 5am the next morning, which is rare even in Okinawa.
Now is your chance to visit for lunch!!

The warm wooden interior and the smile of the handsome man who loves Miyako soba are irresistible (he looked a little nervous in the photo (^^;)
The owner, Hayato, loves funny T-shirts and is looking forward to seeing you at the store.
